He’s unhappy that the Lakers are starting to build around Doncic. Recently, Nikola Jokic’s agent, Misko Raznatovic, was seen on a yacht with James. He posted a cryptic message that’s sparked rumors around the NBA.

For the first time in his professional career, LeBron James opted in to a player option this offseason. That was a massive sign to the rest of the NBA. He’s under contract with the Lakers for $52.6 million in 2025-26. All signs point to James playing for Los Angeles next season. However, there is plenty of speculation about his next planning spot if he leaves the Lakers. It’s the offseason for the NBA, and players take the time to relax and recharge their bodies.
James was recently spotted on a yacht with Nikola Jokic’s agent, Misko Raznatovic. They were photographed together, and Raznatovic left a cryptic message. His caption said, “The summer of 2025 is the perfect time to make big plans for the fall of 2026!” This suggests that LeBron James could consider the Lakers.

However, it’s worth noting that Raznatovic only represents Jokic and no other player for the Nuggets. For now, this is all speculation. James is under contract for next season.
